Leave Life Better Foundation Volunteerism Scholarship

The Leave Life Better Volunteerism Scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior who has gone above and beyond in making a difference in their community through volunteer actions. Volunteerism is in a decline and the Leave Life Better Foundation Inc. wants to award young adults who gave back to their communities and kept the spirit of volunteerism alive. All graduating high school seniors who took an active role in helping their communities are encouraged to apply. To apply the student must fill out the scholarship application, write an essay on our selected volunteerism based prompt, and submit two letters of recommendation from a non-relative. One letter must be from a teacher or guidance counselor speaking on the students academics and another must be from a member of the community or an organization speaking on the students character. A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the student selected by our scholarship committee. Check back soon for when the applications are open and available for download!
